Angel the Series
Angel is a vampire, cursed with soul. Within Angel Investigations, Angel and his team are private investigators who "help the helpless". Angel has a son, Connor, who is taken into a hell dimension at a few months of age and returns months later as a fifteen year old killing machine out to kill Angelus (the unsouled Angel). In the show, Connor is aged to eighteen/nineteen and then sent to live with a 'normal' family with his memories of his hell life and Angel erased.
In my stories, this never happened. Connor is fifteen and stays with Angel.
